try this
When you configure your security set your authentication to WPA-PSK
and your Data Encryption to TKIP. That's how mine is set up and it works fine. The AX only supports a few types of security and this is one that I know works.
Oh, and make sure your not using MAC filtering. You can use MAC filtering but with so many devices it can be easy to input the wrong MAC address on one of your devices.
