Axim X51V and Bluetooth GPS Navteq: PLEASE HELP!!

Please help. This is so frustrating. I purchased a Dell Axim X51V and its working fine, until I try the GPS. It came with the Dell Bluetooth GPS receiver, "Navteq on board." Receiver blinks green about once a sec, which I believe means it has adequate GPS signal. The bluetooth light blinks about once every two seconds. When I click bluetooth icon on main screen on Axim and then tab devices, it says BT-GPS-03499F, which I think it means that GPS and Axim are communicating with eachother, correct? When I open the Dell GPS Navigation System, click features, then GPS status, I get 0/0 satellites. What is going on? Can someone PLEASE help. This is driving me nuts. Thanks.
