Looks like nobody knows the answer, and I don't think I do either, but the first thing that springs to mind is that if the two PCs are not themselves in sync (one has 10 emails, one has 5), then syncing the second one will automatically wipe the other 5, no? If both laptops have the same data, you'll lose nothing.
The next thought is that you may be able to set one laptop to be the "master" which gives data to the Axim, and the other the "slave" which receives data from the Axim. That is, if you sync the 10 emails from the master, then sync to the slave, the Axim will send the 5 extra emails to the slave.
This is guesswork - I'm hoping it will strike a spark in the group and somebody who knows what the hell they're talking about will help.
