Help! This WiFi Card is unrecognizable

Hello,
I am new to this and not as computer savvy as most of you are, but I can follow directions. Unfortunately, the WiFi card that I purchased (SDIO WLAN, SD10, nameless) fits in my X50 but is not recognized by it. I've followed the instructions that came with my Axim, but the card came with none. Does anyone have any hints or tips that can help me actually be able to use the internet on my Axim? Thanks, Sara
