The largest file i have transfered was just under a gig. I usually have it plugged into the cradle at work all day, and the only time it has kicked off of activesync was the computers fault.
All my programs work flawlessly, it is faster. I have had to softreset a few times, but mostly due to program flaws in some third party apps. (like not having an exit button - grrrr!!!)

My apologies if this is posted elsewhere on AximUsers but I didn't see it.
I just installed WM6 A03 today and all seems to be working well, with one exception. (I have a 4GB CF and a 1GB SD card installed.)
When I go to Messaging> Menu> Options> Storage tab, The "Storage card" shows 0.00 MB free. If I check the box to use the storage card to store attachments, an error appears: "No unlockd storage card detected. Make sure an unlocked storage card is inserted and try again." I didn't have the problem with WM5 A12. Has this happened to anyone else?
I searched and found the solution here:

There's a "Bluetooth Explorer" in WM6. (Since I don't use any Bluetooth devices, I don't know if this was in WM5 or not.) I noticed a Bluetooth folder on my Axim but thought nothing of it, but evidently this can cause memory card detection problems.
The fix was easy: Tap the little Bluetooth icon in the lower right corner of the Today page, click the "FTP" tab, and uncheck the "Enable Bluetooth Explorer" box.
Messager now allows me to set the CF card as my store for email attachments and the Bluetooth folder is gone.
Comments anyone? Is the Bluetooth Explorer important for using a Bluetooth device or is it just a perk?
