As I said, all buttons are unresponsive; contacts, messaging, power, etc. So unless someone can give me a solution, it seems that I have about $500 USD invested in a paperweight. I agree with you that can be a handy gadget, especially for carrying around about 15 medical books with the weight of a cell phone. But alas, if it is non-repairable I would not recommend anyone buy one of these things if it lasts just over a year as mine did. Yes the warranty has run out. So I will try all suggestions that y'all can give, but my hopes are not high as there have been over 100 views and one response.
