Screen Locked up and Frozen
Hi all,
I am hoping I can get some help on a problem. During a soft reset on my Axim X51v, the screen locked up on the start-up Dell screen.Yes I checked the screen lock on the side. I have tried removing the battery and restarting but still have the same problem. I have also removed the battery and turned it on with the soft reset button with the same results, frozen start-up screen. It has been 2 days looking at this Dell insignia and I want to avoid a hard reset if possible to recover some dear audio files that were made this past summer in Zimbabwe. Anyone have any suggestions?
