Simeon, welcome to the site. The BT will disconnect if the axim is idle for extended periods,when using the connection for dial up networking or data transfer. You can only connect to one other device @ a time. as for headsets, not all brands of headset are compatible, as the previous post mentions. There's another BT stack available but it is an advanced procedure. Google "widdco
