X50v Windows Vista and you...

...has anyone figured out how to sync in a Vista environment? I can always boot my desktop to XP, but with a broken cradle, it is much easier to sync with my laptop with just the cable. Now that I have a new laptop and the other one is problematic (developed broken hinge syndrome, overheats, randomly resets, missed the recall period, et cetera.) I would love to build a relationship with my new Vista powered laptop. That being said, if there are restrictions in the way Vista and WM2003 communicates, how does it interact with WM 5.0?
