Welcome to the site Shane, The align screen is there to calibrate your screen taps with the stylus, this is a normal procedure after a hard reset. Carefully tap the center of the cross on the align screen, and it should move to a new position on the display, and carefully tp the center of the cross again. Repeat the process till you move to the next step of setup. If the screen does not respond at all soft reset. It may make the axim responsive in align screen.
