Symantec Mobile Antivirus Consumer Edition Renewal Issues
Well, me again, but this time I don't have a solution.
A few days ago I bought a license for Symantec Mobile Antivirus Consumer Edition. After waiting several hours, I finally received the mail that allowed me to download the software.
After the download was finished, I installed the antivirus on my Dell Axim X51 but it says that the license is expired (the funny thing is that I recently bought this software, why is expired??).
When I clicked on the Renew buttom I got a new window of OPENBIT (it seems to be that this software is used for several companies to get licenses over the internet when it used in mobile phones) and a few seconds later, I received a message that says: "Phone is switched off....", what phone??? How can I "turn on my phone" if I'm using WM5 on my Axim???
I really don't know what to do because I am not able to use this antivirus. Symantec help is complete useless!
