Have you uninstall ed Business Contact Manager for Outlook 2007 and tried to sync with out it.?
I'm not using 2007 but using 2003 with vista and works fine only problem I'm having is syncing files I get an error so I'm trying out mobsync. So far working good.
You might want to call dell support and or Microsoft support.
