Simple question, who set up your network, do you have full permissions on your network? Have you tried to disable advanced network functionality in USB settings on axim?
If advanced network functionality is enabled, axim shows up as a new network connection, possibly, your auto network setup is requirihg a pre-enterd saved password in outlook. Conjecture.
One more thing did you upgrade or clean install?
