Same problem

I just got my Dell Axim x51v and I'm having same problems. I've dell's laptop with Toshiba stack. I've learned a lot of faqs and forums and don't know what to do

I meen reason is BT Toshiba stack. But It cann't be replacement another stack. What to do I don't know!!!
