Align Screen
I bought the x51v and after charging and syncing, the screen shows 'align screen', then I get the following instructions: "Tap the target firmly and accurately at each location on the screen. The target will continue to move until the screen is aligned." After doing this repeatedly, nothing happens. After both a soft and hard reset, nothing changes. The tech person at Dell had me to exchange it, now my replacement is doing the same thing. I noticed that neither order came with the USB Sync Cable, so I synced it by connecting it to the cradle and cradle to computer both times. Is this the source of the problem? What am I doing wrong?? Please help!!!
