Yes, it is under warranty. The LCD is not internally damaged. It is actually a light interference pattern (for those that know what this is). It's like when you have the soap bubbles and you see a coloured pattern under light. Because the edges are not affected is also obvious that this has been caused by the fact that the outer screen is sticked to the next layer. This is at most an annoyng thing. I can still use it and if I hold it under the right angle the pattern is not visible anymore. Do you think this is a reason to return or claim warranty?
