I wouldn't worry too much about it. When the magnetic flap is closed then there should be very little residual field around the clasp. When it's open then the magnetic field it generates at the disk surface will be a lot less than the local magnetic field used to read/write to your disk. It's the very small distance between the heads and the disc that create a high field density required to write data to the disk.
