You can add the Exchange server as a server source in the ActiveSync settings on the Axim. In AS, go to Menu-->Add Server Source.
You can view
a video from Microsoft's Exchange team that details what options you can have on the Exchange server and on the PPC. If simply adding the server source with the info you have doesn't work you'll want to direct your network administrator to this video so s/he can properly set up their server for ActiveSync functionality.
