Thanks for the news, it'll save me hours searching for 'no can do'. I've just quickly checked out the Microsoft page and looked at their suggested apps. Can't they just fix this themselves???!!

In any case I was thinking of trying a recommended PIM called 'the dog ate it' for various reasons - does anybody know if this would fix the problem?
