What does the BSOD say? If it makes the system turn off right away, use a program such as
bluesave to get the error info. If it specifies a file that's a driver for a device, updating the driver or rolling it back should help. To update your sync driver, update ActiveSync.
There's a program to sync WM5 devices with Apple computers but you'll have to shell out $40 to do it.
