I just purchaed the program and I find it very effective. I have no intention at this time to be writing books with it, but it does allow notes to be written very quickly once you know how it works. You mentioned that you had to register the program first. I have the registration number and was never prompted to use it. I have contacted the company and am awaiting a reply.
