Hello everyone.

I just bought a Dell X51v, the 624Mhz type. I haven't actually received it yet, but hopefully I'll have it soon. I think I might even come close to deserving it, considering all the waiting.

I ordered it December 2nd, and Dell said it would ship by the 6th of December. Then they said it would ship on the 12th, and when the 12th came they said it would ship by the 19th. Well, that day came, and when I used their web support, the lady assured me that it would ship the very next day.

I should have been logical, and questionned her. She said it "would" ship. I should have asked, "Do you mean that it Will ship, certainly, or that it would ship, under certain conditions?" Because apparently she meant what she said: it Would ship, under certain conditions, and those conditions were not fulfilled, because it didn't ship. They told me yesterday that it would ship around January 2nd.

I should have assumed that just because one isn't a native speaker of the English language (I never did speak to a Dell support person who wasn't Indian -- and don't misunderstand me; I don't dislike Indians. I just wish Dell would hire people who spoke English more understandably) doesn't mean that one can't be clever in using it. If you're wondering how I knew she was Indian, when it was web support, then it told me her name, and it was a feminine, Indian name, so my assumption seems most likely, especially considering all the telephone calls I had with them.

Well, I cancelled my order with Dell and looked around for a reputable dealer online, and found a place that would sell me the exact same one for about the same price, maybe a bit more expensively, but at least send it to me right away. That one I ordered, and I have the tracking information for it already.

But I still ordered some accessories from Dell, among them screen protectors. But on the packing slip it said: Screen protectors, 12-pack, X50/X51, not 624Mhz. I know full well that I ordered the 624Mhz version, and I even told the lady so when I ordered my accessories. When I called them today, the lady told me that they had discontinued the screen protectors because they didn't work properly. I decided to keep the ones I received in the meantime, until I find something better.

I hope that you have endured my long story. Basically my question is, what is the best, inexpensive (ie under $20 per pack, ideally about $15) screen protector for the X51v with a 3.7-inch screen? Your help is very much appreciated, and thank you in advance.
