File Explorer - fields displayed

Anyone know how to modify the fields displayed in File Explorer. Default seems to be 18 characters of the file name, file date and file size. I'd rather have just the file name displayed (need lot more characters) - I can do without file date and size.

Anyone know how to get more of the file names displayed ?
