Error Code 10 for X50 Device

Windows Mobile Device appears with a yellow exclamation point and reports "The device cannot start. (Error Code 10)".

I've tried un/re-installed the device with no luck.

The Axim works ok on my system but when I go to install it on the actual owners system it won't go beyond this.

XP-SP2, 2.6Ghz 512MB, 80GB

Anyone run into this before?
