The embedded Visual Tools is all you need? I find that kind of hard to believe, considering that things like Visual Studio .NET and Visual C++ 6 cost hundreds of dollars.
I'll download it just the same, but can you clarify that it is 100% complete? There are several other options in the menu on that URL for other development packages. Can you post a brief synopsis of the differences between them? I'm an open source guy, I have no idea what all the various Microsoft development tools are, and I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of them weren't essentially the same thing but repackaged for sale to different price points.
