Goto File Explorer on the PPC.
Navigate to Windows\ShortCut\System. Hold on the switcher bar program and select copy in the pop up.
Navigate to Windows\Startup and paste it in there. Just tap and hold and select paste from the popup menu. That will start it everytime the PPC starts.
That is the way I have done it.
