If you have an Axim, I don't think Dell has officially realeased their version of 2nd Edition yet. They have stated that they will, and that there will probably be a moderate cost to download it. I'm sure as soon as it's released you'll see a flurry of posts and news stories about it so just sit tight. As for why you'd want it...I'm not sure, the only thing that looks remotely interesting to me in the new version is the ability to turn my screen sideways while using Internet Explorer so my viewing window is wider. Other than that, it's just a bunch of cosmetic fixes as far as I can tell. I'm really not all that excited about it. Good luck.
