I enjoyed your article. It made me want a Sena case all the more.
When I got my X30, I put in an order with the Father's day fairy for a black and blue sena case.
It is a thing of beauty and fits my pocket perfectly while protecting my new X30. But, often being unhappy with things that are not as I want them, I made my Dell cradle able to accept my X30 while IN the Sena case.
Now I have the best of both worlds! A great new pda and a beautiful new case that I don't have to remove just to use my cradle.
Come on Dell this was easy for me to do with my Dremel Mototool and the only item requiring "adjustment" was the chrome case itself. All else inside remained the same and without changes. This would be an easy re-tool to do for those of us who love our X30's and want a nice case to protect them that we don't have to continually remove.
