Ok, i'll admit I have been a die hard Outlook junkie but I kept seeing these Ads for Pocket Informant so I finally had to take a look. Well, i've been using it for about 2 weeks now and one thing that just happened made me mad.

I added a birthday and anniversary for an existing contact and it's not creating a reminder for it! Do I have to go in after I add the birthday/anniversary for a contact and manually add an event to the calendar? I dont' remember outlook behaving this way.
