When I press the power button, my axim is not turning off... the screen is off, but the unit itself isn't. Like if I'm listening to an MP3, when I press the power to turn off, I still hear the music. I know I'm just not turning the backlight off because the screen is completely off, I don't seen any kind of screen, but music is stilll playing. The other day, I shut down all programs, and poweroff, when I turn it back on, my main battery was drained completetly. I'm assuming that this happened because of the power issue I'm describing.
Also, when I turn off my wireless connectivity, occasionally I'd get a message saying "Unable to make a connection, please check your interenet setting, etc". I wasn't trying to connect to anything. I was just in Word typing out notes... Any clues on both of my issues?? I'd appreciate some feedback. I'm still on their 30day return warranty, so i could send this back for a new unit...?
