I bought software from handango called RN Assist 2003 and everytime i try to open it on my dell pocket pc x5 OS 3.0. I get a lot of messages like, unable to find path please retry path again. I get unable to run application for this software. i see the icon on my dell under file explorer and double click it but it keeps saying i muust run the application first and i see rnapps and double click on it and it states i dont have authuoration to run this software. i am lost i have e-mailed handango many times and the think i have pocketpc ce 2.0 and i dont i have the cd in front of me that i order to upgrade to CE 2003 and it is on my dell i check the ver. and it states 3.0.
handango sent an e-mail for me to the software maker and they say your dell has the os 2.0 and i keep telling them i downloaded the updated ver.3.0. what s wrong with these people?
I have deleted and re-install the software still the same bull.
its a .cab file and i unzip it in winzip and then hook up my pocket pc to the cradle and it shows it is loading on my pocket pc but still unable to get it to work when i double click on it it maybe me but i need help.
