this is a reveiw of mightysync, especially for those of us who have had problems with activesync. mightysync is a small footprint program available from handango that works with activesync. it's forte' is syncing to cf or sd cards. i download a LOT of e-books, and rather than take up all my internal memory, i sync them to either my cf or sd card. usually, i run activesync in the background, letting it handle the day to day chores in calender and contacts. i run mightysync off the desktop over activesync. i abort the auto portion of m-sync, and go directly to the add or remove bottons on the desktop. add takes me to a new screen, which lets me take whatever i choose from program files or documents (my documents is the default screen when you first click add) and sync it directly to my choice of flash media that is in my axim. you also have the options to remove items from the flash cards, remove items from you desktop my documents folder, or any other folder you are syncing from. if i knew how to get a screen shot into this review, i would. it's a great little program. you can also go the other way, from ppc to pc, again from whatever flash card or internal memory on your ppc to anywhere on your pc. i find it much easier to sync to flash cards with this program than have to go through the laborious steps in activesync. there is a free trial period, and best of all the program is only $4.99. for 5 bucks, best program i've ever used on my axim!
